1. Thank you to Jan Stevens

   I would like to thank Jan Stevens for her support and for her kind donation. Jan is a London based artist with her roots in Cornwall. As a child she spent many happy hours on the Helford River, so fascinated by the shells lying on the stony beaches that she drew them and wrote their story in her school book. Now Jan's acrylic canvas paintings are inspired by the mussel's water habitat and its qualities being inner shining beauty joined with outer growth, toughness and strength. Commissions welcomed.
